If our call uncovers a "less than 100%," we tag it as “HOT” and ask what it would take to satisfy the customer. The “HOT" fax/e-mail alerts you to customers who need immediate attention.

Service Follow-Up. You get 100% accountability for each service customer. We ask all factory “satisfaction” questions. For every “less than 100%” customer, we send you a HOT fax/e-mail telling you what the problem is and how to fix it in their own words.

Lead Generation. We call the inactive customers in your database——the thousands of past buyers——who are four times more likely to do business with you than someone new.
